Alcohol and Drug Advisory Helpline

Open Road is a registered charity that provides support for individuals affected by

drugs and alcohol across Essex with the Community Rehabilitation Company.

We are located close to the town centre and local amenities. Our Harlow Team is

available Monday to Friday for anyone wanting to access advice, information,

support, assessment and access to more formal treatment.

The Radar National Key Scheme (toilets)

The Key scheme offers disabled people independent access to locked public toilets

around the country. Toilets fitted with National Key Scheme (NKS) locks can now be

found in shopping centres, pubs, cafés, department stores, bus and train stations

and many other locations in most parts of the country.

Cost of the key is £4.50

Blue Badge Parking Scheme

The Blue Badge scheme provides parking concessions to help severely disabled people

travel independently, as either a driver or passenger, by allowing them to park close to

their destination.
